Nope! As long as we have clear access to your yard, you don’t need to be home during the service.

For safety reasons, all pets must be indoors or securely contained. If a dog is roaming freely—regardless of breed or friendliness—we cannot complete the visit. We’ll knock and call to see if the dog can be secured. If we can’t reach you, the standard visit fee will still apply.

We accept secure online payments through Stripe, including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and more.
Subscription Plans: Payments are billed automatically (billing cycle starts after payment of first date of service invoice) so you never have to worry about missing a payment.
One-Time Cleanups and Subscription Plans: Payment is due within 72 hours of invoice receipt.
Cash Payments: Accepted upon request. FOR ONE TIME CLEANUPS ONLY but digital payments are preferred for faster processing. A custom invoice will be sent via email to you within 24 hours of cash payment.

Yes, fee depends:
One time cleanup: $10 per extra dog, up to 4 total.
Subscription plans: $5 per extra dog per visit, up to 4 total.
5+ dogs is subjected to in specialized quote depending on additional information.

Not required, but shorter grass helps us ensure a more thorough cleanup. If waste is hidden in overgrown grass, we’ll do our best, but some may be missed.

We take care of everything! All pet waste is bagged and disposed of properly off-site

They're currently is no limit. During the booking process you will be provided a section to enter how many dogs are in the household the current limit of that section is 5 or more dogs. If you select that option we will need to just get some follow-up information from you for a specialized quote.

Yes! We understand that plans change, but because we are a small business with a limited staff, we require a 14-day notice for cancellations. This helps us keep our scheduling efficient and ensures we can continue providing great service to all our customers. You can also pause or reschedule your service with the same notice period.

Yes! Our deodorizing treatment is lawn-safe, pet-safe, and kid-friendly, designed to eliminate odors at the source rather than just masking them. It works by breaking down organic waste odors using a biodegradable, non-toxic formula that is commonly used in outdoor pet areas, kennels, and public spaces. While completely safe, we recommend allowing approximately one hour for the treatment to fully set in and dry before letting pets or children back onto the treated area for the best results.

Most cleanups take 15-30 minutes, depending on yard size and the number of dogs. Larger yards or first-time visits may take longer.

We’re familiar with most standard gate latches and can usually access yards without issue. However:
If we cannot gain entry, we’ll attempt to contact you via phone and by knocking at the door.
If we cannot reach you, the full visit fee will still apply (for time, travel, and scheduling).

During the booking process we will use the provided address to check Google Maps for the yard size. If we have concerns or need more information we will ask you. There should be no issue!

The first visit takes extra time because the yard has likely gone longer without a professional cleaning. During this initial service, we thoroughly clean the area and develop a grid pattern to ensure efficient, consistent service in the future. This one-time $15 first-visit fee helps cover the additional work needed to get your yard to a maintainable level for your ongoing subscription.

We offer one-time cleanups perfect for special occasions! If you need a last-minute visit before a gathering, give us a call, and we’ll do our best to fit you in. A $20 rush fee will apply for urgent requests to accommodate scheduling adjustments.

What happens if it rains or there’s a thunderstorm?
We work rain or shine, but for safety:
If lightning or severe storms occur, we’ll pause service and resume later that day if possible.
If weather prevents us from completing service, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.
